Leave a Sigh™ is an ongoing public artwork and archive of anonymous human sighs.
Participants are invited to record a sigh — an expression of relief, exhaustion, grief, anticipation, joy, or something in between. Approved recordings become part of a growing collection of quiet moments shared by people around the world.
Every sigh receives a unique accession number and is preserved as part of the archive.
Leave a Sigh is an ongoing contemporary art and sound project launched in 2026 that explores memory, emotion, absence, and the ways we carry things that are difficult to put into words.
